Payment Policy

At Ellen Tsitsi, we value professionalism, transparency, and mutual respect in every project. To ensure a smooth working relationship, the following payment policy applies to all writing and editing services:

  1. Deposit Requirement
    A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any editing or writing work begins. Work will only commence once proof of payment has been received.
  2. Final Balance
    The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full before the final manuscript or edited document is released in full resolution.
    A watermarked or partial version of the work may be shared during the editing process for review and feedback purposes, but the final high-quality version will only be delivered once payment is completed.
  3. Payment Methods
    Payments can be made via EFT, PayPal or Western Union.
    Clients are responsible for any transaction or transfer fees charged by their bank or payment provider.
  4. Cancellations & Refunds
    Deposits are non-refundable as they secure your booking and cover initial time and resources allocated to your project.
    In cases where work has commenced, no refunds will be issued for completed portions.
  5. Late Payments
    Delays in payment will result in delays in delivery.
    If the balance is not settled within 7 days after project completion, Ellen Tsitsi reserves the right to withhold delivery and/or apply additional fees.
